KeepNest存著先使用條款
歡迎使用 KeepNest（以下稱「本 App」）。本 App 由 RoughZone（以下稱「我們」）提供。下載或使用本 App，即表示你同意本條款與我們的隱私權政策。
1. 使用授權
我們授予你個人、非商業、不可轉讓的權利，在你擁有或控制的裝置上使用本 App。請勿反向工程、轉售，或用本 App 從事違法行為。
在 iOS 上，本條款之外也適用 Apple 標準使用者授權協議（EULA）；兩者不一致時，以對你較有利的規定為準。
2. 你的內容
- 你收進本 App 的截圖、網址與文字，權利仍屬於你或原本的權利人。我們不會取得任何所有權。
- 請只收藏你有權保存的內容，並自行遵守相關法律與原網站的規定。
- 內容存在你的手機上，請定期使用「備份與還原」保存備份。手機遺失、損壞或解除安裝造成的資料遺失，我們無法替你復原。
3. AI 功能
- AI 產生的標題、摘要、分類、欄位與文字辨識結果可能不正確或不完整，請在重要的事情上自行確認（例如地址、價格、日期）。
- AI 功能會把內容傳給第三方服務處理，詳見隱私權政策。你可以隨時關閉。
- 每月 AI 整理次數依方案而定，每月重新計算，未用完的次數不會累積到下個月。
- 為了服務品質與防止濫用，我們可能限制異常大量的使用。

自動續訂說明（KeepNest AI）
- 確認購買後，費用會從你的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號扣款。
- 訂閱會在每期結束時自動續訂並扣款，除非你在本期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。
- 你可以在 iPhone「設定 → 你的名字 → 訂閱」或 Google Play「付款和訂閱」中管理或取消訂閱。取消後，目前這一期仍可使用到期滿。
- 訂閱結束後，你的卡片全部保留，只是 AI 整理次數回到每月 30 次。
退款與恢復購買
- 付款與退款由 Apple 或 Google 處理，依其政策辦理。
- 換手機或重新安裝時，可以在付費頁按「恢復購買」取回 Plus 與訂閱。
5. 服務變更
我們可能更新、調整或停止部分功能。對已購買的 Plus，我們會持續提供其包含的整理功能；若有重大變更，會事先在 App 內告知。
6. 免責與責任限制
本 App 依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證本 App 不會中斷或完全沒有錯誤，也不對因使用或無法使用本 App 造成的間接損失負責。我們的總賠償責任以你在過去 12 個月內為本 App 支付的金額為上限。法律規定不得排除的責任，不在此限。
7. 條款變更
條款有變更時，我們會更新本頁與上方的生效日期。變更後繼續使用本 App，即表示你同意新的條款。
8. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。

Terms of Use
Welcome to KeepNest ("the App"), provided by RoughZone ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the App on devices you own or control. Do not reverse-engineer or resell the App, or use it for unlawful purposes.
On iOS, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where the two differ, the provision more favorable to you prevails.
2. Your content
- Screenshots, links and text you save remain yours or their original owners'. We claim no ownership.
- Save only content you are entitled to keep, and follow applicable laws and the source sites' rules.
- Your content is stored on your device. Please make regular backups with "Backup & Restore". We cannot recover data lost through a lost or damaged device or uninstalling the App.
3. AI features
- AI-generated titles, summaries, categories, fields and recognized text may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify anything important yourself (for example addresses, prices and dates).
- AI features send content to a third-party service for processing; see the Privacy Policy. You can turn them off at any time.
- Your monthly AI allowance depends on your plan, resets each month, and does not roll over.
- To protect service quality and prevent abuse, we may limit unusually heavy use.

The price shown at App Store / Google Play checkout applies and may vary by region and tax.
Auto-renewing subscription (KeepNest AI)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically and is charged at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current period.
- When a subscription ends, all your cards are kept; your AI allowance returns to 30 per month.
Refunds and restoring purchases
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- On a new device or after reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen to recover Plus and subscriptions.
5. Changes to the service
We may update, change or discontinue some features. For purchased Plus, we will continue to provide the organizing features it includes, and we will announce significant changes in the App in advance.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not affected.
7. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
